If you’re looking to discover more about being an Empath and the challenges that it brings then you’re certainly in the right place.

You may well be thinking “what does it all mean?”, “what am I supposed to be doing with this gift?” And “why is it all so hard?”

It’s confusing for sure.

This page is to help you learn more about the symptoms you experience, the difficulties and obstacles you face. More importantly it’s about you coming out of the other side feeling so much better.

It doesn’t have to be a struggle, despite what you have learnt so far. From the Internet, from Empath groups, from self help books and any other number of sources. If you talk to Empaths, who haven’t yet found their superpower in it all, their view will be negative and focused around the problems.

I’m here to help you now focus on the solutions. My mission is to help you to feel great about who you are and to accept with ease the differences that you have.

 

How can I help you to do that?

 

If we haven’t met before, I’m Jan James, an intuitive Empath. I’m also a life coach and Master NLP Practitioner (a type of psychology). I help people to effectively sort out the issues that they have as my job and I absolutely love my job 😀💖.

Not only can I use my gift to do this, intuitively getting straight to the heart of a problem, but the psychology of it (shifts to get you out of stuck) , I use my personal experience of what works and what doesn’t. I’ve been there, I know what it’s like, experiencing the same struggles as you.

I also know what it’s like to come out of the other side and experience life as an Empath in a positive and free way, without the stress, confusion and misery.

Pain and disturbance is a red flag that something needs to change

If you feel disturbance, if something feels wrong, if you’re not at peace then something needs looking at.

You’re not meant to be struggling. What would be the point of that? Although your head may convince you that there is some ultimate spiritual purpose. That there will be some reward for perseverance in misery. There is a general message out there in Empathland that suggests being in pain is some sort of badge to wear, a suffering and martyr badge.

I’m inviting you to challenge this belief that suffering has any purpose at all. Only to keep you in pain and stuck. I’m asking you to get out of your own way, stop tripping yourself up and seek solutions instead of a focus on the problems.

“Is all that you are experiencing and suffering BECAUSE you’re an Empath OR is it something else that you can do something about?

It would be a good idea to find out otherwise you’ll be tring to fix the wrong thing. This of course will get you nowhere and stuck in the same place that you have been.
